- We accept all major forms of credit and company checks.
- Orders will be charged on the ship date.
- Pre-existing customers may request an application for Net 30.

- Shipping & handling costs will be determined based on actual costs.
- Orders will be shipped by UPS Ground or USPS from our warehouse in New Orleans, LA.
- Once items are in stock, orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days or by the specified ship date.
- We can ship worldwide.
- Requests to return product must be submitted by email within 14 days of receipt of the order.
- Shipping & handling costs will not be refunded, and buyer will assume all shipping & handling costs to safely return product in the original packaging, tags attached, unworn and unwashed.
- Passion Lilie has the right to refuse any returns.
- A 5% restocking fee will be applied to the wholesale value of all returned product.
- Buyer will be notified if any items are backordered.
- Buyer has the right to cancel any backordered items totaling $40 or less wholesale value.
- Backordered items greater than $40 will be shipped when product becomes available.
- Shipping & handling will not exceed 9% of total value of goods shipped for backordered items.
WASH /CARE INSTRUCTIONS
- We use 100% cotton and sustainable dyes.
- Wash with mild detergent in cold water, wash colors separately, do not soak, do not dry indirect sunlight.
- Products purchased from Passion Lilie by a wholesale account are recommended to be sold at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP). In the event the Wholesale Account chooses to sell the products or goods at a discount, the Wholesale Account shall not discount the products more than 50% below MSRP, as this discredits Passion Lilie's brand identity. Permission for special sale events beyond the 50% discount by the Wholesale Account must be requested in writing to Passion Lilie to be handled on a case by case basis.
- Products purchased from Passion Lilie by a wholesale account are to be resold on the Wholesale Account's main website and owned fulfillment channels. Items may not be resold on Etsy or Amazon.
- Product media, including images and video, may be distributed to wholesale accounts as Passion Lilie desires. Requests for media usage should be emailed to Passion Lilie.
