- Minimum order is $200.

- Orders will be charged on the ship date.
- Pre-existing customers may request an application for Net 30.
- Customers ordering through Faire.com may qualify for Net 30.
- All prices listed do not include shipping and handling.
- Shipping & handling costs will be determined based on actual costs.
- Orders will be shipped by UPS Ground or USPS from our warehouse in New Orleans, LA.
- Once items are in stock, orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days or by the specified ship date.
- We can ship worldwide.
- Requests to return product must be submitted by email within 14 days of receipt of the order.
- Shipping & handling costs will not be refunded, and buyer will assume all shipping & handling costs to safely return product in the original packaging, tags attached, unworn and unwashed.
- Passion Lilie has the right to refuse any returns.
- A 5% restocking fee may be applied to the wholesale value of all returned product.
- Buyer will be notified if any items are backordered.
- Buyer has the right to cancel any backordered items totaling $50 or less wholesale value.
- Backordered items greater than $50 will be shipped when product becomes available.
- Shipping & handling will not exceed 10% of total value of goods shipped for backordered items.
WASH /CARE INSTRUCTIONS
- We use all natural fabrics and sustainable dyes.
- Wash with mild detergent in cold water, wash colors separately, do not soak, do not dry indirect sunlight.
- Products purchased from Passion Lilie are recommended to be sold at our suggested retail price (MSRP). If the buyer chooses to sell the Passion Lilie products at a discount, we kindly ask that the buyer does not discount the products more than 50% below MSRP, as this discredits Passion Lilie's brand identity.
- Products purchased from Passion Lilie can be resold on the buyer's main website and owned fulfillment channels. Items may not be resold on Etsy or Amazon or any third party selling channels.
- Product media, including images and video, may be distributed to buyer's as Passion Lilie desires. Requests for media usage should be emailed to Passion Lilie.

- We will do our best to respect any potential conflicts of proximity.
- We will gladly listen to each buyer’s needs and take those into consideration on a case-by-case basis.
