How do I sell my Passion Lilie products?

  1. Submit information and photos through our online form

  2. Choose shipping method:

    • Use our free shipping label

    • Drop off at 831 Chartres St, New Orleans, LA 70116

  3. We'll review items for quality standards

  4. Receive store credit via gift card

What happens after I submit the form?

  1. Our team reviews your submission within 2-7 business days

  2. We'll send you:

    • Estimated store credit value

    • Free shipping label (if requested)

    • Detailed instructions for next steps

  3. Once we receive your items, we'll inspect them within 5-7 business days

  4. Final store credit amount will be emailed within 2 weeks of receipt

What items are accepted?

  • Any Passion Lilie products in good or new condition

  • Items with minor seam tears may qualify as "flawed gems" (10-20% of retail price)

  • Not accepted: Items with significant damage, large stains, major tears or smelling heavily of perfume

How do I know if my item's condition is "Excellent," "Very Good," or "Good"?

  • Excellent”- Practically new, with no obvious signs of wear or washing

  • “Very Good”-  No major flaws, but may have light fading or look slightly worn 

  • “Good”- Clearly been worn, but is still in good condition. May have minor signs of wear like fading, piling or light, subtle stains.

How should I prepare my items for resale?

  • Clean all items according to care instructions before sending

  • Steam or iron if possible to remove wrinkles

  • Button all buttons and zip all zippers

  • Package items in a clean, sealed bag or box

  • Include a copy of your submission form

  • Take detailed photos of any minor flaws or wear

  • Do not use heavily scented detergents or fabric softeners

Will my product be returned if it is not accepted?

If items are not accepted:

  • $5 flat rate shipping fee to return your item

  • Option to donate to RicRack's textile recycling program
