FOCUSING ON THE WELLBEING OF PEOPLE AND COMMUNITIES AROUND THE WORLD

Our Causes

As Passion Lilie continues to grow, we can make more meaningful contributions to our community and raise awareness about causes we care about. We do this through various initiatives, including the organizations listed below. In addition to our planned donations and in-kind gifts, we regularly donate a portion of our proceeds to disaster relief efforts or to immediate needs that align with our values.

Common Ground Relief

Every April, we donate 10% of our sales to a local nonprofit in honor of Earth Day. In 2026, we were proud to support Common Ground Relief, a grassroots organization meeting immediate needs and combating climate change in New Orleans.

Supporting Women Artisans

Women comprise more than 60% of workers in India's garment industry. Few rise to the more advanced — and higher paying — position of tailor.

Making a difference

Creating a better future starts with lifting each other up. We believe in building strong, thriving communities by reducing inequality, fighting poverty, and ensuring that everyone has access to the resources they need. That means supporting fair wages, human rights, education, healthcare, and safe working conditions.

We partner with skilled artisans in India, giving them opportunities to grow and refine their craft. And to help more women step into tailoring roles, we've created a free job training program. This three-month program provides women with hands-on training, a steady salary, a loaned sewing machine, and a free workspace in our partner's sewing unit.

Each trainee gains valuable skills, working with different fabrics and garment styles, setting them up for success as skilled tailors with higher earning potential.

Meet Geetha

Our first tailoring trainee, Geetha, began the program in 2018. She received an immediate raise from her previous salary and learned how to create a garment from beginning to end.

At the end of the program, Geetha decided to work for herself, making garments for the local market and earning her own sustainable income. The training program allows women to invest in their communities and themselves.

2024 Impact Report

Our annual Impact Report offers a transparent look at how Passion Lilie shows up for people and the planet. Inside, you’ll find highlights from the 2024, including our production partnerships, environmental progress, and community support. We share both what we’re proud of and where we’re still growing, because accountability is essential to building a truly sustainable fashion brand.

Sustainable Partners

We work with long-term manufacturing partners in India who prioritize safe working conditions, fair wages, and continuous skill development. Many of these partnerships are more than a decade old. Today, we collaborate with four small production groups, each employing 6–12 skilled artisans.

To be genuinely sustainable, we must also be fair, reliable, and stable partners.
