Our heart and soul go into every Passion Lilie product we create, but we understand that some things just don't work out. If a product you've purchased isn't working for you, we want to help. Your return must be initiated with the link below and sent back to us within 30 days of receipt.

  • Full-priced items in original, unworn and unwashed condition with tags attached can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt.
  • Sale items are eligible for store credit or exchange only
  • Final sale items are non-refundable.
  • A $8 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping

Free Shipping: We are excited to offer free standard shipping for all retail orders over $125 to the United States and Canada. No coupon code is needed to access this free shipping. Unfortunately, we're unable to combine separate orders or refund shipping costs after an order has been placed, so we recommend adding everything to your cart before checking out.

Shipping for Orders Under $125: Shipping rates are based on the total order value, and the cost starts at $5.75 for standard shipping.

Processing & Shipping Time: Standard shipping takes about 7-10 business days including processing & shipping time. You can upgrade your shipping to Priority or Express for an additional fee for quicker delivery.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Shipping worldwide starts at $15 for standard shipping. For international shipping, we recommend upgrading to priority shipping to prevent long delays in delivery. PLEASE NOTE: international packages may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. This is something we do not have control over at Passion Lilie.

Your order will typically ship within 1-4 business days.

Please note: We are closed on weekends and most national holidays. If any items in your order are backordered and will not ship within one week, we will notify you, and you can decide whether to wait for the items or not.

Below are approximate shipping timelines for standard shipping. Once the package leaves our office, we do not have control over how quickly it is delivered. After you place your order, you will receive automated email messages with updates and tracking information throughout the process of your order.

If your return request is approved, you will receive an email with a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund within 5-7 business days.

  • No returns or exchanges are allowed on final sale items. 
  • Your return must be initiated and sent back to us within 30 days of receipt. 
  • We have the right to refuse returns if they are not in their original condition.
  • Final sale items are non-refundable.
  • Full-priced products returned after 30 days of purchase, or any products returned damaged, worn, washed or not in original condition.
  • There is no charge for returns or exchanges. However, an $8 flat fee will be removed from your refund to cover return shipping costs. The original shipping charges are non-refundable. 
  • We can only cancel orders if they have not already shipped. Please note, there is a 3% processing fee for any canceled orders.

Once your return is received, please allow 3-7 business days to inspect and process the return. We will send you an email to notify you once we have processed your return or exchange.

  • Before processing begins: A 3% cancellation fee applies to cover credit card processing costs
  • After processing has started: An $8 processing fee will be charged to cover operational costs incurred.
