Our heart and soul go into every Passion Lilie product we create, but we understand that some things just don't work out. If a product you've purchased isn't working for you, we want to help. Your return must be initiated with the link below and sent back to us within 30 days of receipt. Not all items are eligible for return. If you have any questions, we're happy to help! Please note that returns can only be dropped off at our store location in New Orleans if you have started the return process below. Any returns dropped off at 831 Chartres St. without a return approval email will not be processed for return or exchange. Contact us.
Common Returns + Exchanges Questions
How do I initiate a return or exchange
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or click here.
- Log in to your account.
- In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Return to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click the order you want to return.
- If your order has more than one item, select the item(s) you wish to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click Request return.
If your return request is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund within 5-10 business days.
What items can be returned or exchanged?
- All full-priced merchandise in original condition with all original labels and tags and unwashed and unworn (except for trying on for size) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
- Sale items and pre-loved merchandise can only be returned for store credit.
- No returns or exchanges are allowed on final sale items.
- Your return must be initiated and sent back to us within 30 days of receipt.
- We have the right to refuse returns if they are not in their original condition.
What items are non-refundable?
- Final sale items are non-refundable.
- Sale items, pre-loved items, and items purchased in person with us at a festival or art market can only be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase. If issued store credit, the store credit does not expire.
- Full-priced products returned after 30 days of purchase, or any products returned damaged, worn, or not in original condition.
Are there any charges for returns or exchanges?
- There is no charge for returns or exchanges. However, an $8 flat fee will be removed from your refund to cover return shipping costs. The original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We can only cancel orders if they have not already shipped. Please note, there is a 3% processing fee for any canceled orders.
How soon will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received, please allow 3-7 business days to inspect and process the return. We will send you an email to notify you once we have processed your return or exchange.
What if my order is incorrect or damaged?
Our team can make it right. Send us an email at: passionliliemarketing@gmail.com. In the rare case that the product arrives damaged, please include a picture of the product.
Can I cancel my order?
- Before processing begins: A 3% cancellation fee applies to cover credit card processing costs
- After processing has started: An $8 processing fee will be charged to cover operational costs incurred.

Holiday Shipping
For standard and free shipping, order by December 17th to receive your purchase by Christmas. For prioirty shipping, order by December 18th to recieve your purchase by Christmas. Please note, during the holidays we can not guarantee one day shipping. We will not be shipping from December 23rd- December 29th, so any orders placed from December 23rd- December 29th, will ship on Tuesday, December 30th.
Free Shipping
We are excited to offer free standard shipping for all retail orders over $125 to the United States and Canada. No coupon code is needed to access this free shipping. Standard shipping goes by USPS and takes about 5-7 business days. You can upgrade your shipping to UPS Ground, USPS Priority, or USPS Express for an additional fee.
Shipping for Orders Under $125
Standard shipping rates are based on the total value of the order, and the cost will range from $5.75-$10.75. You can upgrade your shipping to USPS Priority or USPS Express for an additional fee.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Shipping worldwide starts at $15 for standard shipping. For international shipping, we recommend upgrading to priority shipping to prevent long delays in delivery. PLEASE NOTE: international packages may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. This is something we do not have control over at Passion Lilie.

When will my order ship?
Your order will typically ship within 3-5 business days.
Please note: We are closed on weekends and most national holidays. If any items in your order are backordered and will not ship within one week, we will notify you, and you can decide whether to wait for the items or not.
How long will it take my order to arrive?
Below are approximate shipping timelines for standard shipping. Once the package leaves our office, we do not have control over how quickly it is delivered.
