At Passion Lilie, health and safety is our top priority for our team, both in the US and in India. At the moment, we are shipping as per usual, but we do occasionally have to isolate, because of Covid risks, so please be patient with us.
We are excited to offer free standard shipping for all retail orders over $125 to the United States and Canada. No coupon code is needed to access this free shipping. Standard shipping goes by USPS and takes about 5-7 business days. You can upgrade your shipping to UPS Ground, USPS Priority or USPS Express for an additional fee.
Shipping for Orders Under $125
Standard shipping rates are based on the total value of the order and the cost will range from $5.75-$10.75. You can upgrade your shipping to USPS priority or USPS express for an additional fee.
We ship worldwide. Shipping worldwide starts at $15 for standard shipping. For international shipping we recommend upgrading to priority shipping to prevent long delays in delivery. PLEASE NOTE: international packages may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. This is something we do not have control of at Passion Lilie.
Your order will typically ship out within 3-5 business days. Please note, we are closed on weekends and most National Holidays. If any of the items in your order are backordered and will not ship within one week, we will notify you and you can decide if you would like to wait for the items or not.

Returns and exchanges
Our heart and soul go into every Passion Lilie product we create, but we understand that some things just don't work out. If a product you've purchased isn't working for you, we want to help. Your return must be initiated with 30 days of receipt.

1. Log in to your account:
1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return.
If your return request is approved, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund within 5-10 business days.
All full-priced merchandise in original condition with all original labels and tags and unwashed and unworn (apart from trying on for size) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. No returns or exchanges are allowed on final sale items. Due to sanitary reasons, no returns are allowed on face masks. We have the right to refuse returns if they are not in original condition.
• Face masks and final sale items are non-refundable.
• Sale items and items purchased in person with us at a festival or art market can only be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase. If issued store credit, the store credit does not expire.
• Full-priced products returned after 30 days of purchase or any products returned damaged or worn or not in original condition.
There is no charge for returns or exchanges. However, an $8 flat fee will be removed from your refund to cover return shipping costs. The original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once your return is received, please allow 3-7 business days to inspect and process the return. We will send you an email to notify you once we have processed your return or exchange.
