There’s an ornament for everyone at the Algiers Point Oyster Company: the art aficionado, the proud New Orleanian, the animal lover, and the religious imagery devotee will all find something to cherish on their tree. Beatrix Bell creates eco-friendly, upcycled oyster shell ornaments and home décor using Louisiana oyster shells. She started this business as a side-hustle during the Covid-19 shutdown, and now the oysters are a beautiful part of our new French Quarter shop.
