Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase, so if you are not satisfied, the item is damaged or if your ordered the wrong size, color or style, please notify us by email at Katie@passionlilie.com and we will provide you with the return address and mailing instructions.

Refunds:

  • Merchandise must be received at our office in New Orleans within 30 days of purchase. 
  • Ship all returns with a tracking number.
  • Merchandise must be unused, unworn and unwashed with all original tags attached.
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refund will take 2-3 business days to process once the merchandise has been received at our office in New Orleans.
  • Sorry, but we can not refund shipping costs on refunds.
  • If the wrong item was sent or the item was damaged upon arrival please notify us within 15 days and we will gladly fix the problem.

Exchanges:

  • Merchandise must be received at our office in New Orleans within 30 days of purchase. 
  • Ship all exchanges with a tracking number.
  • Merchandise must be unused with all original tags attached
  • As long as the desired merchandise is in stock, exchanges will be issued once the original merchandise is received at our office in New Orleans.
  • If there is a difference in cost we will take care of the payment/ refund using your original payment method.

Festivals/ Events:

  • If you purchase one of our items at an outdoor festival or art market, we ONLY accept exchanges and not refunds. Please contact us within 30 days if you would like to make an exchange.
